What does it cost our building?

The building does not pay for the equipment. Beyond that, the commercial side depends on the site, so we talk it through rather than posting numbers we cannot stand behind.

How many people do we need for a micro market?

Micro markets tend to work in buildings with roughly a hundred people or more on site. Below that, machines or a smart cooler usually serve the space better.

Who restocks and cleans the equipment?

We do. Restocking follows the sales data coming off the machines, and the equipment is cleaned on each service visit.

What happens when a machine breaks?

You call us and we handle the repair. Maintenance and service calls are ours, not something your facilities team takes on.

Can we choose what gets stocked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start with a product mix that fits the building and adjust it from there. If your wellness team wants lower sugar options up front, we set it up that way.

Do the machines take cards and phones?

Accepted Answer

Every machine, kiosk and cooler we place takes cards, phones and watches alongside cash where cash makes sense for the site.

Which parts of Indiana do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Indianapolis and Marion County first, then the metro ring: Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg and nearby Central Indiana cities.

How long does installation take?

It depends on the equipment and the building access, so we give you a date once we have walked the space rather than promising a number here.
